What Is Green to Clean?
Green to Clean is a one-time recovery service designed to restore neglected pools to a clean, swimmable condition. This service is for pools that have been left unmaintained and have developed algae growth.
This is not ongoing maintenance. After a Green to Clean recovery, you will need to either sign up for regular maintenance or maintain the pool yourself to prevent the problem from recurring.
The Process
1. Assessment
We evaluate the pool condition, equipment status, and estimate the recovery timeline.
2. Shock Treatment
Heavy chlorination to kill algae and bacteria. Multiple treatments may be required.
3. Debris Removal
Remove dead algae, leaves, and debris from the pool floor and surfaces.
4. Filter Cleaning
Deep clean or backwash filters repeatedly to remove dead algae and contaminants.
5. Chemistry Balance
Restore proper water chemistry once the pool is visually clear.
6. Final Polish
Brush, vacuum, and verify the pool is safe for swimming.
Important Notice
Green to Clean is priced separately from maintenance services. The cost depends on the severity of the algae growth and the time required to restore the pool.
Existing maintenance customers rarely need this service because we catch problems before they escalate.
